When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We are still running as usual but due to large demand your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Most items are available for immediate dispatch, but please note some homeware items have a longer dispatch time. If you have ordered any items with a longer dispatch time, it will be shown under the item name on your order status page and in the green box on the product page.
My order has shipped but hasn't been delivered yet, when will I receive it?
Royal Mail are currently running behind schedule with certain deliveries due to COVID-19. Letters and large letters have been particularly delayed, so if your delivery is a smaller item please allow a few extra business days for these to arrive.
I need to return or exchange my order, how can I do this?

I've returned an item. When will it be refunded?
We aim to unpack and refund all returns within 10 business days, however during exceptionally busy periods this may take a little longer. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email from us confirming all the details. If you've sent your return with a tracked service, please track your item to ensure we have received it before contacting us.
