My order is delayed, when can I expect delivery?

Due to import delays from the EU due to Brexit, we have unfortunately been experiencing severe delays on many pre-orders placed in January and February. Imports are now arriving from our suppliers and we expect all pre-orders placed within this period to be dispatched between 22nd March and 9th April. Should the delivery date of your order be different to this, we will be in touch.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We are still running as usual but due to large demand your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Most items are available for immediate dispatch, but please note some homeware items have a longer dispatch time. If you have ordered any items with a longer dispatch time, it will be shown under the item name on your order status page and in the green box on the product page

My order has shipped but hasn't been delivered yet, when will I receive it?

Royal Mail are currently running behind schedule with certain deliveries due to COVID-19. Letters and large letters have been particularly delayed, so if your delivery is a smaller item please allow a few extra business days for these to arrive.

I've ordered items with different dispatch times, when will they arrive?

We send all items together as standard to save on shipping miles & postage costs, however if you need items shipped separately, please get in contact with us and we can get that arranged.

I need to return or exchange my order, how can I do this?

I've returned an item. When will it be refunded?

We aim to unpack and refund all returns within 10 business days, however during exceptionally busy periods this may take a little longer. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email from us confirming all the details. If you've sent your return with a tracked service, please track your item to ensure we have received it before contacting us.
