All in-stock items are available for standard (2-4 business days) or next day delivery.
Some homeware pieces have a longer lead time. If you have ordered an item with a longer lead time, this will be shown on the product page under the add to cart button.
All items are normally sent together as standard however, if you have ordered items with different delivery times and would like to arrange separate shipments, please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over £150. For orders under £150, a flat rate of £4.95 will be charged for standard shipping. We also offer next day shipping options for £6.95. Please note that only in-stock items can be delivered with a next day service.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a photo of the damaged item. We will process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, since Brexit we are only able to deliver in the UK.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet and is not a "made to order" item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the cancellation process. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy for a refund.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details.
