It’s with a heavy heart that we share that HUH. Ltd. has entered administration.

Building this brand over the past 14 years has been an incredibly meaningful experience, and we're very grateful to everyone who’s supported us - our customers, brands, and community.

Below is the official notice from the appointed administrators for anyone seeking information about orders, refunds, or returns.

HUH. Ltd. (company number: 07756278) was placed into Administration on 5th
November 2025.

Ruth Ellen Duncan (licenced by the Insolvency Practitioner Association under
registration number:100126) was appointed Administrator on the same day. Maxwell Davies Ltd will be handling the insolvency process.

The company has ceased trading and goods and services ordered before the
company entered Administration will not be supplied.

However, you may be able to request a refund for items not received or faulty items,
through your bank, card issuer or PayPal.

If you have made a deposit for, or paid for goods or services by credit or debit card
(including charge and pre-paid cards), you may be able to get your money back by
claiming a refund from your card issuer or PayPal.

Please contact your provider as soon as you can if this may apply to you. There is no
need to wait until the delivery due date before contacting your card issuer.

you may have.

Outstanding orders
Anything ordered through Huh. Ltd. that has not yet arrived, will not be sent. Please see details below on how to request a refund.

Outstanding refunds
Customers with outstanding requests for refunds cannot now be refunded from HUH.

Returns
The company cannot now accept returned items. Please see details below on what to do if you have an item for return.
