How do I exchange an item for another size?

You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to exchange for another size, just follow the exchange instructions.

How to I return an order?

We have 60 day returns policy (14 days for sale items) and postage is free for UK customers. To return an item to us, simply follow the below instructions.

  • Package up the items you wish to return: You can use reuse our packaging or, if you no longer have it, package it up in a suitable bag or box. Please make sure all items are in saleable condition with their original packaging and tags attached. Items such as shoe boxes or homeware items should be sent in a box as we may not be able to issue a refund if the items or packaging is damaged in the post. Any items returned that are deemed unsaleable will be automatically returned to the original shipping address.
  • Include your packing slip in the parcel: If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a print out of your order confirmation. We cannot issue your return if this is missing.
  • Seal up and stick on your free returns label: If you’re missing your free 48 Royal Mail label, please email us and we can send you on to print out. You are welcome to send with another service but we will not be able to reimburse any postage costs.
  • Drop off at your local Post Office: Simply drop off and scan in the parcel at your local Post Office. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage, which will include the tracking number. If you’re an international customer, you can choose any postal service you wish, but we recommend using a tracked option to make sure it reaches us safely.

  • International returns:

    We have the same 60 day (14 day for sale items) returns policy for international returns, however customers must cover the return postage cost. Please ensure the courier you select is able to deliver to PO Boxes to avoid your order being returned to sender.

    How long to refunds take?

    Once received back, we aim to process all returns within 10 business days. Once your refund has been issued you will receive an email from us confirming the details. Times vary for the funds to reach your bank account, depending on your payment method and the bank you use, but you can generally expect to see the funds within 1-3 business days of your refund being issued.

    Can I return more than one order in a parcel?

    Yes, you can. Just make sure the paperwork for both orders is included in the parcel. One free returns label is supplied per order. Any additional parcels will be at your cost.
